remove currency prefix

Hi Suvarnan,

The problem is with Windows rather than GnuCash. My guess is you need to
turn on support for Indic fonts. This used to be in control panel -
regional settings / language or something similar. I am not familiar
with Windows now but you could try digging around in control panel or
its equivalent in your OS. Usually I have seen the standard Win OS sold
in India requires a download from Microsoft for Indic support.
