I am one of the (right now few) people who work on the documentation. Your feedback, and David's bug reports, are very important to us. I try to work through each bug report in order of severity and seniority, but it takes time--because we're short on time ourselves.  So I would ask of users that they continue to provide feedback and support to us and each other while the docs get updated. This will happen, but it will probably be on the order of months or sometimes years. We are short-handed and we welcome any help, and especially help in getting patches for the docs.
