A solution for the invoice printing problem with hp printer - for Geert

Hi Mark,

I presume this message was meant for me. Unfortunately I don't remember 
the context very well anymore (I have had a whole share of issues with 
my hp printer). Can you briefly remind me what the original problem was 
exactly with this setup ?
