Where does gnucash store report ingo in Windows 7???

Actually, accounts are stored in the folder you specify (not Username/.gnucash/books, unless that's what you chose). Saved reports are placed in the Username/.gnucash folder, however.

Gnucash should have created a number of directories such as .gconf, .gconfd
etc in ¥Users¥[username]¥

The configuration is stored in a number of XML documents in these
directories.

The accounts themselves are in ¥Users¥[username]¥.gnucash¥books¥
