There is no company that sits behind the GnuCash project where you can
directly obtain any support or maintenance agreement.  Some of the
developers are willing to work as a consultant to perform special
development for you.  I guess it boils down to:  what exactly do you
expect to get out of a "support & maintenance agreement" for GnuCash?
