qif file selective transaction importing

Hi, I was wondering if it was possible to only import some transactions 
from a .qif file?

Some of the entries in the bank account are not suitable for importing 
or are covered by .qif files from other programs. I have read the faq 
and docs and can't seem to find anything on this.
