Unable to get quote information

I am trying to get online stock quotations and get the follow message -
"Warning: Finance::Quote not properly installed"

I have verified that Finance-Quote Perl module is installed and verifies
(v1.18).  My operating system is Windows 7 and during the install I took all
the default options and all other functions appear to be fine.

Any ideas what I could try?  Any help greatly appreciated.
