Stable Version 2.4.13 will not print on Windows 7

Try the fix described in comment #40 of this bug report:
<https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=645273>

As you can see, that problem has been eluding the developers for years
now because once it is fixed on a given machine it cannot be made to
re-appear.
