My Sales Tax Tables are Multiplying

I've said it before, I'll say it again -- Don't use SQL for production.
Seriously, this is a bug in the SQL backend. If you use XML then you
wont have this issue. Alas, it's already corrupted your data so just a
"Save-As" wont fix it.
