   I think I might (?) have found a way to solve my 'autofill' problem by
   upgrading to a later version of GnuCash. I've written it up seperately
   on the thread.

   I've never seen it autofill.
   The only autofill I've seen was new, when it will autofill an invoice
   number when I am looking for a particular invoice.
   Do report it on the bugtracker.
