Unable to enter new account heirarchy setup

While cleaning through my huge pile of "I should do something with this one" gnucash e-mails 
in my mailbox, I came across this one from 2010.

This time I decided to act upon it instead of passing over it.

So Jeff, I have just pushed a commit to the master branch based on your proposal to make the 
account hierarchy information messages somewhat more clear.

After a delay of more than 4 years, thanks a lot for your patch (blush).
