Bug in trial balance report?

I've been using GnuCash for some time with great success at keeping
accounts (for which I'm hugely grateful), but I'm currently having an
issue with generating a trial balance report.

The difficulty is in getting the Debit/Credit headers to line up with
the relevant columns in the report.

When I set the "Levels of Subaccounts" to anything other than 1, the
headers no longer line up, as well as additional (apparently)
superfluous columns appearing.

Attached are 4 screenshots showing the problem.

I'm happy to dig into the report code, but I'm a bit lost at present (I
have zero Scheme knowledge). I can find the lines in trial-balance.scm
that reference Debit and Credit, but have no idea what to do with them.

Might this be something that is fixed in 2.6? I'm currently using 2.4.1
shipped with Ubuntu 13.10.

Cheers,

Henry
