Downloaded QFX/OFX is separate from OFX-Direct.

The only reason I can think of that you might not be able to use Actions>Online Banking for your Credit Card account is that you might not have set its account type to Credit Card, so do check that: Edit the account; the account type is in the lower left-hand corner of the dialog box.
