Scheduled Transactions

Hello:
I am running GnuCash 2.6.3 on ubuntu 12.04.
I would like to have a projected balance displayed for each scheduled
transaction. This would be the current account balance minus/plus a
running balance of the scheduled transactions.
This could be an added column to the scheduled transactions list if
possible.
It could also be a report that can be generated, but I have failed in an
attempt to generate such a report.
Does anyone have a possible solution to my request?
