getting a summary of subaccount

I have a set of SubAccounts, and when I right-click the Parent Account > Open
SubAccounts, the balance column to the right shows the total balance in the
Parent Account + SubAccounts. 
Isn't that what the OP needs?
I.e. put any transactions that are not required for provisioning in the
Parent Account - 'Account A' and put the other ones in the required
SubAccounts?
