2.6.3

Hello, I am not new to GNU cash but have never written and don’t seem to find a forum ? I will therefor ask my question in hopes that I will be directed in the right direction. 

I am using windows 8 and GNUCASH 2.6.3. all my scheduled transactions have a blank amount and I cannot change this. It use to work great when I was using windows 7 and the older version GNUCASH.
