help with ./autogen failure

Then i ran ;

./configure --prefix=/path/to/install/to/gnucash --enable-compile-warnings --with-html-engine=webkit --disable-error-on-warning

Then i get an error;

./configure: line 19477: syntax error near unexpected token `0.16'

./configure: line 19477: `  PKG_PROG_PKG_CONFIG(0.16)'
