That’s a user question that belongs in gnucash-user at gnucash.org. I’ve changed the CC for your convenience, but you’ll need to subscribe to that list if you haven’t already.

I think that that workaround was for personal accounts at CapOne. There may be other settings required for business accounts, or it’s possible that CapOne doesn’t support OFXDirect for business accounts.
