Link account balance to an entry in another account?

Maybe if the chequing account is a sub-account of the scratch account? Or
vice versa. Then, in the account tree view, right click -> open
subaccounts. A tab should open with a + character in the title, which
indicates that the parent account and subaccounts are amalgamated in the
view.
