If the scripts are short so that it would be reasonable for a user to install them by copy-and-paste you could create a page on the wiki and post them there. Otherwise Github would be best, with a pointer in the wiki.

Are you suggesting I setup my own Github repository? (been thinking about that for other reasons... like Sys::SigAction a cpan module I created and maintain... this might be the thing that pushes me over the edge.

The wiki is a mediawiki, just like Wikipedia. Docs are at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Documentation <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Documentation>. If you don’t have an account you need to create one (just click “register” in the top right of any page) and wait a week. That’s an anti-spam feature, the merits of which are for another discussion. The easiest way to create a page is to type the proposed name into a search box. If the name doesn’t exist, wiki will offer to make one for you. Once you’ve created the page be sure to link to it somewhere (a FAQ is one possiblity) so that people can find it.

Yes, I was suggesting that you set up your own Github repo, especially if you have any intentions of maintaining or enhancing the scripts over time. Git is much easier to use as a VCS than Wiki.
