account detail report

I am just starting out using gnucash.  I am setting up my "chart of
accounts".  How do I do the following?

1) create a new report based upon the "account summary" report.
2) rename it to "ALL Accounting Numbers-  Hierarchy Detail Report"
3) change the "depth" of the report from "2" to infinite so that all
account codes and all accounts are listed.
4) if possible, sort by account number
