How to delete a bill or invoice

Hello,

I am working, with some success, on an invoice import routine. I did get it
to import but there are problems with my inexperience and some confusion
about how to handle discount and type of discount.

Can I delete a bill once it has been created? I figured out how to delete a
line but not the actual bill or invoice.
