Documentation files Missing on GnuCash.org

Yes, the chapter heading pages got lost somewhere between git and the website in the last update. I asked Linas to look into it on IRC but never heard back. The subchapter links, e.g. http://www.gnucash.org/docs/v2.6/C/gnucash-guide/chapter_oview.html, work fine.
