Online Banking Greyred Out

I just did get issue transaction to be not greyed out with Capital One 360
by using my account number, routing number and access code, Just not sure
it they are in the right places. And I do like the Central Bank in Germany
too. I might try to move a dollar sometime today. Colin you might be wrong
about only Germany.
