Change directory where backup and log files are written?

Hi Jeff,

Just a thought - if you put each of your data files in its own folder, then the 
backups/logs will be in that folder too.

Therefore, with the correct sorting options, the main data file will be at the 
head of the list in each folder (as foo.gnucash will be above foo.gnucash.
210604290729.gnucash)

Of course, you can also use the list of recently-opened files to switch amongst 
your data. It defaults to 4 entries, but you can increase that if required.
