I read on one of the post to "Generated a Version 4 UUID" however I'm not sure where to paste it. Do I paste it to Client UID under the User Settings tab, or in the Special Settings button under the Applications Settings tab? If in the Special Settings button, please specify each of the items listed in the button.

Taking the errors at face value it would appear that you don't have the right credentials for Chase--they may be different from the ones you use to access the website--and Regions doesn't support OFXDirect at all. The latter supposition is perhaps supported by http://www.ofxhome.com/index.php/institution/view/462, which last succeeded two years ago. Perhaps because they
might have changed URI. The OFXHome setup for JP Morgan Chase succeeded last week, check to make sure you're using the same: http://www.ofxhome.com/index.php/institution/view/435
