Report to see outflows only

Hi jmk,
To get the report that shows only expenses you can start by running the Profit & Loss report (Reports / Income and Expenses / Profit and Loss).Once the report is generated click Options and on the Accounts tab select only the accounts that you want to see.To select all the expense accounts, you can just select the Expenses account (parent) and click "Select Children" button.The resulting report will show all the expenses.

in seeing the total out expenses while omitting income to these accounts.
