Present/Future transaction dates are so, so wrong

2.6.11Windows 7 on one computer, 10 on another.  It acts the same way on both computers.Sorry, no Linux.Both computers are showing a date of 2-23-2016 on the screen.  

And my personal account ISN'T doing this.

I'm attaching 2 screen shots.  First shows the checkbook where the big blue line is, second shows all the ATT payments from the beginning to present.

In addition to stating which operating system and version of GnuCash you're running, what date and time does your computer think it is? (Look especially at the year.)
If you're running some flavor of linux, you can open a terminal and type 
date
(followed by the Enter key)
