Help with GNUcash on new Mac Mini

I take it that you're using the General Ledger tool rather than looking at individual accounts. That tool defaults to showing only the last 30 days of activity. Might it be that your most recent transaction is older than that? If so, try changing the settings in View>Filter By... with the General Ledger tab in the foreground.
