How to reopen a bug?

I think it really is the same issue. The first reporter seems to have thought that it was an upgrade issue.

To reopen a bug go to the very bottom and click on the listbox that says "RESOLVED". You'll be presented with two additional options, "REOPENED" and "VERIFIED". Do the obvious.
