Installing Finance::Quote

Hi!! Apologies for the lack of details. You are spot on, David. Using
windows, closed GnuCash, and installed ActivePearl.
What is the start menu entry?
Does this mean utilizing the start menu from my windows desktop? Or some
start menu within GnuCash?
