suggestion: add dollar amounts to Schedule Transactions summary window

Currently, we have to click on each transaction and view the template. Slow
and clunky.

Why not just have the sums visible in the summary window? It would be VERY
helpful.

I suspect that many would find it useful.

How does that sound?
