[GNC] Directly posting payments

The telling phrase was “vendor summary “.  I’m afraid if you want to be able the track expenses by vendor you need to open an invoice.  The advantage is that you can set up the tax to automatically calculated.  The disadvantage- well, you seem to encountered that already.
