[GNC] Where is config-user.scm supposed to be under Linux

Well, I am running Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 8.8 (Ootpa) and
GnuCash
Version: 4.2
Build ID: 4.2+(2020-09-26)
Finance::Quote: -

It seems config-user.scm is nowhere on my machine. Yet Gnucash seems to 
work just fine.

$ locate config-user.scm
$
