[GNC] GnuCash 5.4 Repackaged

I already did that. The first nightly that exhibits the problem is https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/stable/gnucash-5.3-2023-07-03-git-5.3-26-gb011c81b62+.setup.exe <https://code.gnucash.org/builds/win32/stable/gnucash-5.3-2023-07-03-git-5.3-26-gb011c81b62+.setup.exe>, that has only one commit: [gsettings.cpp] use std::unordered_map which releases on shutdown <https://github.com/Gnucash/gnucash/pull/1682/commits/d287c30145c2c026e1768ad8b7ae22740c0458c5>.
