This is a very good point. Many reports aren't useful until after
you've selected options. Also, several (eg. Profit and loss) take a
lot of time to create (esp. on my slower system).<br>

I'd suggest entering this as an RFE. Go to:<br>

Such an enhancement might include a checkbox in Edit->Preferences to
make it a user choice.<br>

You can save the report. However, be absolutely certain to CHANGE the
name of the report in the report options to something unique prior to
doing so. Failing to do this results in a crash the next time you
start. Known bug; it comes up fairly frequently on the list.<br>
<br>
The next time you run, your saved report (with its own saved options)
will be available in the Reports->Custom sub-menu.<br>

should see an "options" button in the toolbar. It is the 8th from
the left (in case your window is not wide enough to display all of
them).<br>
