ANNOUNCE: GnuCash 4.10 Documentation and All-in-one Bundles

There was a problem with building the documentation caused by a bad merge of the updated Portuguese translation of the Tutorial and Concept Guide, resulting in the macOS and Windows all-in-one bundles to have only the Portuguese translation.

There were also some Gtk bugs in the macOS bundle.

Consequently we have a re-release of the documentation as 4.10.1 and updated bundles, gnucash-4.10-1.setup.exe and Gnucash-Intel-4.10-2.dmg. The sha-256 hashes are:
