I'm wondering if it makes sence to make this:

  /externals/en
            /fr
  ...

Instead of requiring separate externals for each language we want to support.
Changing it this way would make it much easier to support a localized
search script, I think.

Then we could put gnucash.css into /externals since it's pretty much
language-independent, right?
