website is back up

Some of you may have noticed that the gnucash.org website was 
down/misconfigured since Sunday morning.  It should now be working.
(There were some configuration problems that didn't strike till
the server was rebooted Sunday morning).

Meanwhile, we are still working with the ISP to understand why 
there isn't enough bandwidth on the line.   We might move the ftp 
site elsewhere to alleviate some of the bandwidth shortage.
