gnc-prices in 1.4.2

I just installed gnucash 1.4.2 via the Helixcode helix-update.  When I
ran gnc--prices, I get the following error:

I have:
me2v@reliant me2v $ ls /usr/share/gnucash/perl/
Quote.pm  gnucash.pm

I don't know if it's a problem with gnucash.pm, or with gnc-prices.
