At this point, I don't think we have time to add a new account type
for 1.6. However, Herbert Thoma has extended the transfer dialog to
help with currency transfers. Although I don't believe it currently
fills in the exchange rate automatically for EURO currencies <-> EURO,
I think that would be pretty easy to add. What do you think, Herbert?
