request: bug system instructions

Hi there,

Could somebody please post some instructions on how to use the bug 
tracking system at gnumatic? That would be a way for everybody to hear 
about it. Also, the instruction should include a hint to set the severity 
of each reported bug -- some of the "bugs" are in fact wishlist items. 
Valuable ideas as well, but not quite bugs. 

And, what I would like to hear about: Which mailing lists are set up to 
get a copy of each bug report? How do I subscribe to those?

Last but not least: On http://gnucash.org there's a menu entry "Gnome 
trouble ticket". Recently this was unaccessible. What should that be when 
it's accessible again? An addition to gnumatics.com/bugs? How do I 
subscribe to their mailing lists? How Do I submit/close bugs there?
