Gnucash book ?

I did a quick browse of what's available at Amazon.com; there does not seem to 
be anything overtly relevant, as things specialize really quickly.

For instance, you'll find literature targeted at would-be professional 
accountants, at would-be professional bookkeepers, and such; there are guides 
specifically for users of "Quick-whatever."  There is a dearth of "general 
accounting" material.

There is an "Accounting for Dummies" title; reviews are critical as it is 
apparently deficient in treatment of the bookkeeping side.

[Plug] There _is_ a fair bit of material on this in the documentation in CVS; 
I'm about half-convinced that many people wind up asking for a book because 
they've never actually looked at the documentation that's there.  I could be 
wrong; feel free to point out major features or areas of accounting that aren't 
addressed at all in the docs...
