problem with SchedXaction's use of kvp_frame keys . . .

There seems to be a bit of a problem with how the template 
split kvp_frames are used in SX-land.

As I read the code, the way you wish to use the split's kvp_frame
is put a kvp_frame in it called 
"sched-xaction", which then contains kvp_values "credit-formula", 
"debit-formula", and "xfrm".  However, that's not actually what
the code does.  The way I read things, the values you are actually
looking up have the literal key "sched-xaction/xfrm" and so on.

The function you actually want to use is kvp_frame_{set,get}_slot_path
or their GList cousins.

Having literal keys with slashes in them is probably not a good idea
given the function kvp_frame_get_frame_slash.

Where else do I need to go looking to fix this, if I'm reading this right?
