Euro conversion druid -- use existing currency account

Okay, I changed my mind. It might actually be not that hard -- the druid can 
only ask "Use existing currency account Yes/No". If answered Yes, the druid 
can use the existing one if it can find it, otherwise it will create its own. 
Note that at the present stage the druid can only use a currency account with 
*security* EUR and *currency* Euroland. 

Would that help? You can test it by changing in the line 
src/gnome/druid-euro-conv.c:169 the FALSE into TRUE. 

I'm a bit hesitating about changing the GUI since some translators already 
translated the existing changes. So, if you think that this option would 
help, then I would also add the GUI stuff.
