Euro conversion druid -- use existing currency account

Right, I already changed this behaviour to be the default. (Obviously you 
aren't reading gnucash-patches too closely, which is a common fact I easily 
forget about :-] ) IMHO it might already be the right thing to just do it 
this way, without giving a choice in the GUI at all.
