problem compiling -current on Debian

Assuming the libgtkhtml is spelled libgtkhtml7 everything there looks
ok. Your best bet is to look at config.log and see what error it's
getting. It could be an earlier error causing this to fail. If you
send me the complete ./configure output and the config.log file I'll
see if I can't help.
