Unfortunately bi-weekly != semi-monthly.  I've had jobs where I was
paid every two weeks, and I've had jobs where I was paid on the 15th
and last days of the month.  They are not equivalent (one year I wound
up with 27 paychecks just due to when the bi-weekly payments fell :)
