default menutip for report menu not translated

The menu tip (the sentence appearing in the status bar) for the reports 
can either be specified at report definition time (with the menutip 
argument), or a default menutip is displayes: "Display the %s report" 
(src/scm/report.scm:92) with %s as the report name. However, this report 
name doesn't get translated. Can you (i.e. Dave?) please add a call to 
gettext here before the report name is used as the menutip? That would be 
great. Of course, the long-term solution should be that every report 
provides its own menutips, but since this would introduce 20 new strings 
it is definitely a post-1.6 thing.
