1.5.9x nits

I went and entered 6 months or so of financial data into gnucash today. 
I have a couple of nits that can probably be fixed by tomorrow's release:

- need to make a "watch" pointer on file open.  it can take some time. 

- reconcile window: if the deposit or withdrawal window starts out empty,
and you add a transaction during reconcile, then click to reconcile 
it, you get a Gtk-CRITICAL warning about a pixmap == NULL

- reconcile window: if you are using the arrow keys and space bar to
move and reconcile, like I do, and add a transaction during the
reconcile process, as soon as you hit a key the selection jumps to the
first transaction in the list, losing the position of the cursor. If
you click with the mouse first, everything is fine.
